Class Schedules

We offer four CrossFit classes per day M-F, at 1 hour each:

  • 11:30am
  • 4:30pm
  • 5:30pm
  • 6:30pm (** this class is NOT offered on Fridays)

Each class begins with a warmup, then strength work, and then the WOD (Workout of the Day). 

Children's martial arts classes are offered at these times:

  • 4:30pm Tuesdays/Thursdays
  • 5:30pm Tuesdays/Thursdays
  • 9am Saturdays

Personal training is available upon request.
