Let's go outside and do a WOD with deadlifts, farmer carries, and running

Here's how this works (this probably needs a diagram):

Start on the corner by the gym. Do 22 dumbbell deadlifts -- 50 for males, 35 for females.

Then, farmer carry to the next corner (Florence Street).

Now drop your weights and run all the way around back to Florence.

22 more dumbbell deadlifts.

Farmer carry to the next corner.

Run.

Get it yet?

Get all the way around and run a final time. 

This should take you somewhere between 20 and 30 minutes, so there's a mental aspect here too.
