WOD: Rowing and HSPU

Two ways to do this:

Version 1

3-minute clock

Row 500 meters

In the remaining time, do HSPU or presses.

Rest 90 seconds.

Do it four total rounds.

Version 2

1 minute max cal row

1 minute max HSPU

1 minute rest

Do that 3-5 rounds.
