WOD: Dumbbell snatches, Weighted Sit-Ups, Single-Unders

15 minutes AMRAP:

- 10 single-arm dumbbell snatches (50/35), alternating arms (5 right/5 left)

- 20 weighted situps

- 100 single-unders

Keep going for 15:00. 5-6 rounds is great.
