1/2 Cindy is a good workout for the road
We did it on Monday, April 16, 2018. It's 10 minutes (1/2 of the normal time) of:
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 air squats
It's a burner. Try to get at least 10 rounds if you can. (Most cannot.)
It's also a good workout for traveling, because if you can find something to pull up on/under, you can knock it out in 10 minutes and you probably just did more than most people do in a friggin' day.
