This one was tough. 

Basic breakdown: 

10:00 cap.

OTM, or On The Minute.

At Minute 1, you do three (3) shin hops followed by 10 power cleans. (Recommended weight of 155 for males // 95 for females.)

At Minute 2, you still do the three shin hops followed by 9 power cleans.

At Minute 3, three still on the shin hops -- then 8 power cleans.

You get down to three shin hops and 1 power clean. (It's easier then.)

You can substitute box jumps or box step-ups for the shin hops.

This is all about hip drive, so focus on output there.
